Carrigaline Farm Cheese Herb & Garlic 200g

Handcrafted Creamy Cheese made by Pat and Ann O'Farrell on their farm situated on the eastern edge of the famous West Cork peninsula since 1988.

Pasteurised and matured for 3 months this semi-soft cheese has a long, creamy finishing with a delicate, subtle taste acquired from the clover and grass pastures of the limestone land, becoming piquant with age.

No artificial preservatives or additives are used, and the cheese is made with vegetarian rennet making it suitable for strict vegetarians.

Presented in a wax coating.
