Irish Gourmet is the only place in the world whereby if you wanted to send a Biscuit Hamper, you could make it entirely from Biscuits baked in Ireland. Whether you'd want to send something like that is open to debate, but the option is there if you think it's a good idea.
Otherwise it's a case of select a nice range of either sweet biscuits to go with your Tea, savoury biscuits to go with your Cheese and Deli elements. Or you can create your very own classical hamper and make a conscious decision about the number of calories you want to gift.
