Once payment has been made,the service is excellent,the problem is actually making payment.With my last two orders neither of my euro debit cards were accepted and I needed to call you,following which you sent me a link. Maybe other customers would just give up.

No complaints about the company itself, but there was a significant delay due to the courier not following the specified delivery instructions. As a result I was unable to get a Christmas hamper to the intended recipients until after Christmas
